If what they post isn't true then sue them for slander.

sometimes you need a 2nd party to help with your dispute, not going to elaborate beyond that.

We had drivers at our company that would send in their own disputes. Most times they were lacking supporting documents so they just got denied. Other times they were just absurd accusations of misconduct. I can see where it's beneficial to have a 3rd party (I'm going to go ahead and assume that I'm/you are the first party and the DOT is the 2nd party) to help state your claim.

2nd party being myself and dacfix.com vs employer who may be pulling the same trick on many drivers

I left a company do them wanting me to transport hazardous material unsafe and leaking.
They also did not have enough work. They reported on my DAC that I was let go for safety.
Now other companies don't want to hire me, and I left this company back in 2007 and they say they fired me. Now I have to waite for 10yrs. since other companies wont check back further then that, nice out come for doing the rite thing. All I can say is if you have any issues with you company think twice before you do the rite thing it may cost you your job and future ones.

Did this company hold a gun to your head?did they hold a knife to your throat? You the driver are in full control of your logs, you're just as guilty as your company is for fudging the book. When will drivers learn to quit doing special favors.Companies don't appreciate it anyway. It's your ### if you get stopped by a DOT.
