Don't quit under dispatch and don't abandon equipment (make sure it gets back to company yard).

Really you're ###### if you do and ###### if you don't.
Last company, got me a load home (they knew I wanted to quit) and refused to get me a load back to yard.
I deadheaded myself back to yard. 650ml.
