    I am trying to find a Website that would display current diesel fuel tax (IFTA) rates per each state.
    Are they a subject to change at any time, or are they set per quarter?

    This is the direct link. There are changes all the time. I’ve seen at least one IFTA rate change happen within a quarter, but it seems rare. If it happens within a quarter, there will be two IFTA entries online for that particular state.
