IFTA not good for NY?

Remember trip leasing to another outfit,just to get there bingo card,cause it had the right stamp that was missing on my bingo card.Holding a cigarette lighter under the card to loosen the glue up to remove the stamp.
Also using a really good mimeograph (copy) machine to make copies of someones real Ohio HUT sticker,they were black and white.Then carefully gluing it onto the lower right windshield.......Naw,we never did stuff like that.
