Ok. I thought you wanted a spreadsheet for the IFTA stufff. I have a spreadsheet which I made up that will take care of every week through the whole year.
Did you get the IRP thing straightened out yet?
Boy, I had forgotten what I went through in FL when I signed up for all that stuff. Then when I signed up in TN a few months back with one of the trucks I was SO confused. After it was said and done I had it figured out. I just went back there on Friday and signed up the 2nd truck and didn't have any problems. Here, the IFTA stickers are free (FL I think charged a few dollars, can't remember now).
The rules have changed. For the IRP you have to have a ton of stuff to register. And you'd better have everything on their checklist or they won't complete the process. Here, you have to be there by 2pm if you want it all to get done in the same day.
You have to provide at least three proofs of residency. And that means either your driver's license (if the company is in your name). If it's a corporation, driver's license won't suffice. The proofs have to have the name AND address of the Corp (if incorporated) itself. So, utility bills, income tax returns, real estate property, rental agreement, vehicale titles, etc., will work.
Then you HAVE to show a phone (or cell phone) bill with name/address of the applicant that matches the other paperwork, a street number address (no P.O. boxes), a statement explaining the person(s) employed during regular hours for general management, a copy of the Motor Carrier ID Report (MCS-150 & 150A), vehicle lease agreement (if applic), copy of the stamped HVUT or proof it was paid.
You also have to have a title in owner's/corp's name.
I have a copy of the "Applicant's New Account and Renewal Checklist" that was emailed to me if you're interested.
