I don't know about that, PB. One thing I do know is the state I file with would love for me to forget that less-than-20-bucks just so they could send me a 50 buck penalty the following month. You may be right in some states but my forms or manual doesn't address that.

Uponspecific request, Tax and Revenue Administration will refund a balance of less than $20.00. If Tax and Revenue Administration deemsit appropriate, action may be taken to collect amounts under $20.00.

 

Your Canuckian tax folks are not as greedy as the ones I have to deal with down my way.
