As for placement of the decal, this example says where they should be. When I googled IFTA decals and every State's IFTA information popped up, this was the one I used. But I know as long as both decals are on the truck, I don't get wrapped around the axle. The IFTA enforcement folks from my State, do get wrapped around the axle if they are taped to the window and not affixed. I had one back in April that the fella taped the to the upper right and left corner's of the front windshield, that was a first.

... so then we're good until March then?!?! I can stop hassling my company to give me my sticker and paperwork??
-
So how big was that fine and was a rubber glove involved? -
Well the IFTA folks probably hit them hard on an audit. I only wrote a $500 ticket for that. And no rubber glove was involved. -
Or the one's that put the stickers side by side on just one side of the truck.
-
or the ones that have 7 or 8 years wroth still on the truck
-
BTW 4 those of you worried if your expired IFTA registration is good or not; my company just sent out a mass qualcomm message saying we're good till the end of February. So, if they put it in writing your good as gold

Hmmm, we have always put them on before the end of the year, BUT our stickers say that you MUST keep the previous year on the truck along with the current year.
So we never cover up the current sticker, did not know you were not suppose to put them on before the end of the year, no one has ever said anything about it either.
