Generic Trump bashing without any credible facts to put forth! So tell me...what did he lie about? Got any evidence besides what the anti-Trump coalitions are twisting in?

 

Don't know what reality you're living in, but the initial job that immigrants take is in agriculture. They move from ag and into better paying jobs once they have made their "contacts" outside the farms. Also, family/relatives who have been here for years get them out of the fields and into the entry level construction and warehouse work.

You think driving is "unskilled"....obviously not a real driver, my guess is you fall in the "steering wheel holder" percentage!

 

I'm a Trump supporter and so far I'm pleased with what he's doing.Most the haters are letting their feelings interfere with what he's doing to make America what it use to be many yrs ago.

 

Pretty obvious you've never done farm work. Those migrants have been doing farming work since they could walk. Just because it looks easy doesn't mean it is.

 

So a person's a bigot if they want our borders secured? Do you lock your front door at night before you go to bed to make sure no one comes into your house without your permission? Why, since you think it's bigoted to secure our borders? Don't you think it's bigoted to protect your home against uninvited strangers just walking into your house? I mean, our border is the same as your house, it's our property and we're entitled to protect our property, or aren't we?

 

Don't know how you could come up with your assumption from what few words I had posted. I grew up on a cattle and alfalfa ranch in east-central NV. We had migrants that worked for us under the work visa agreement. We met them at the border (Otay Mesa) bused them to the ranch then at the end of the season took them back...everything legal and "orchestrated" through the Dep of Ag. I fully understand what back breaking and tedious the work is.
But from your statements, it is easy to conclude that you don't know that much about trucking if you assume it to be "unskilled". I can easily understand the conclusion that "driving" is just a cake walk...but there is much more to this industry than just "driving" or holding the steering wheel. But anyone who has done nothing but be a mega carrier lackey wouldn't have a single clue about the complexities of this industry.
Care to rebut this statement...with something more than a generic obfuscation of the topic in question?

 

Say, wasn't the "only temporary jobs" argument used by obummer when he decided not to put Americans to work?
Using American steel to make the pipe, to be transported by American truckers, and welded in place by American Construction workers?
Those guys live, quite well many of them, on those temporary jobs. They are paid well to travel to far flung places and put their incredible skills to good use.
Instead of making poor arguments lets stand behind AMERICA. Because for every "temporary" job that is created on the pipelines. Even more ancillary jobs are created in the nearby communities. Propping up those towns and increasing their prosperity as well. If even temporarily.

As to the arguments about global climate change. Here is an inconvenient fact for you durrty. The global climate has never been static. NEVER.
Dems are making their arguments based on bad data, and misleading "projections" based on that poor data. To be honest. There just isn't enough data available yet to give accurate estimates. Unfortunately, many are buying into the doom and gloom, without looking at the evidence and thinking about it for themselves. Our climate has ALWAYS shifted warm to cold with forays into the extremes since the planet began its existance. We have no way of knowing how far one way or another it will or has gone. Because MAN, as a species has only occupied the planet for the last 60 or so thousand years.

 

Please, lets hear the damage that was done. In your opinion...

You mean...if a device to measure the radiant heat is placed at the exhaust port of a high-rise AC unit on the roof of said high-rise...those numbers wouldn't be accurate for the common area of the surrounding 20 square miles?

This thread went and got political, yet nobody is addressing the elephant in the room regarding the original article. CDL holder who was an ILLEGAL immigrant. I don't give two rat's buttcheeks if someone is an immigrant, what chaps my tookus is when they're here ILLEGALLY. I tend to get irate when people blatantly break laws, because without respect for the rule of law, why have them????
