All in, I'm with you. The arguments made by many people of all stripes, that they do the poor unskilled labor is hogwash. They first broke our laws, many coming from countries where the penalties for doing what they did to us are far more extreme than our own penalties for more egregious crimes.

 

I lock my doors because I can't trust people. White people, black people and brown people. My door and the country are two different things. If you don't see that well....look in the mirror and really ask yourself if you are a bigot or not. Maybe you aren't. But a lot of people voted for him because he was going to close the borders to Muslims and Mexicans.

This whole #### country was founded on immigrants. Lets not forget that. To say now, in 2017 that immigrants are our biggest problem is silly. Yes, illegal immigrants are an issue. Not as much as Trump would like you to think but yes, an issue.

What does a tax return prove, but that you paid taxes? No one is obligated to show anyone their tax return. I wouldn't. My hubby and I have been audited and it took a very long time and we had far less to show for it than Trump does.

What would you prefer? Someone who makes $20,000 a year and can't even balance their checkbook? We're talking trillions of dollars here. Who do you want him to put in place? Seriously?

The ACA was passed in 2009, and it wasn't implemented until 2015, it didn't happen overnight, it took less time for it to start imploding on itself than it took for those yahoos in Washington to read the 1,000+page to know what's in the debacle called Obamacare. Rome wasn't built in a day, and we're talking the government doing something, so.....

Who's gagging them? The ones who were gagged for years were the ones who doubted all climate change was human caused. It's not. Natural occurrences affect the climate more than anything. It is the epitome of arrogance to think we can control nature.

I can't speak for any state but my own. My governor signed a bill that allowed illegal aliens the right to a driver's license, and at the same time made it mandatory for all applying for a driver's license to be AUTOMATICALLY registered to vote, you had to opt out if you didn't want to be registered. Being my state (CA) is known for its sanctuary cities, and giving illegals licenses have by default given them the right to vote. If everything was fine, why did Stein want a recount, and then Hillary got on board and supported her, if everything was fine?

I think you were asked to list the lies. What lies, being it is only his 6th day in office? And we're drinking the kool aid? LMBO

Every president before him showed their taxes. Every candidate for the office showed their taxes. It's precedent. You may be a great person, but in the scheme of things, you are no one. Same as me. He said he was going to provide them, he now says he isn't. You asked for lies. There it is. It is important morally.

I'd prefer someone who didn't go bankrupt 5 times. I'd prefer someone who wasn't holding on to their company interests, both foreign and domestic, to be in charge of policy, both foreign and domestic. Cause seriously, we know we can trust him to look out for us and not him right? Right??

The ACA didn't cause a government bankruptcy as foretold by reps. It didn't have "death panels" as was expected. What it did do was provide health insurance for over 20 million people who beforehand could not afford it. If you thin that's a bad thing, and an "implosion" then we think differently in a big way. I'm FOR helping others.

97% of all the scientists, and I'm not talking American, which I know you will be hard pressed to understand, but all over the world, agree on climate change. Because you don't and a small portion of the population doesn't, doesn't mean it's not right. You have to go with the people in the know here. And to chose to not believe the vast, VAST, minority is to chose ignorance.

Being an immigrant myself, legally I might add, I understand your feelings here. Illegals should not have valid, legal IDs, it's counter productive. I'm not arguing that point. In fact, I've never argued that illegals should be able to stay here. Not once. Read carefully. I'm empathetic, but I do not agree with breaking the law.

The recount wasn't about illegals voting. That's the most important thing you must understand. It was about Stein being a pain in the ###. Nothing more. Hillary got involved because, why not? She was clearly the popular vote favorite, why not try? It all boiled down to nothing. In fact, it disproved what Donald is saying now that illegal votes were cast.

No where is there anything but "because he did it" especially when it comes to releasing personal tax returns. Besides...what information do you think you could gather from an individual return? How much charity one puts forth(?), How many deductions were used(?), Gross v Net income(?)...what difference does any of this have to do with a candidates qualifications or even background? The information I want to know about comes from the candidates stance on issues both foreign and domestic....and not his/her public v private positions, but on the history of how the individual candidate has chosen his/her stance on the topic.
Kennedy didn't release his returns, Ford either...but Ford didn't run for the office, he had it thrust upon him.
By law, presidential hopefuls need only file a financial disclosure form with the Office of Govt. Ethics...talk about an oxymoron!

Do you really think that Trump inferred that Mexico would be cutting a check from the government coffers? It was very clear, if you could be capable of connecting dots, that the inference was to be monies from tariffs and duties that are not being paid to date on imports from MX into these United States?

I'm all for it. But temporary jobs are just that. Jobs we had, but lost, in the long run. Obama wasn't perfect, not by a long shot.

I will not argue climate change. The facts are in front of us. Believe or don't. i will say that I agree with you, that climate has always changed, back and forth. However, it's never shifted as quickly as when humans got involved. That is not something I'm willing to ignore.
