I guess the fact that non-illegals were banned has gone over your head. You keep ignoring facts and railing about illegals. I'd expect nothing less since your man does the same. Alternative facts are win!!!

I know he's not called a president in Canada, he's called a prime minister.

Well I live in CA, so ILLEGALS are real important to me.

I also wore a green uniform for this country, so TERRORISM and people who want to harm this country are important to me......so NO I do not want people from terrorist prone countries to come here without proper documentation, and certainly not on Obummers "fast track" way of getting them into the country. The hard reality is most terrorists come from the countries President Trump wants to limit.

The question you bleeding hearts never want to address is why aren't these people fighting for their own country? We fought for ours, including a Civil War, but instead of fighting for their country they want to come here, and then they to change OUR country so it is to their liking. I could care less what they want, this is America.....like it or leave it......PLEASE

Actually, most of the people in this world who want to, and do, harm Americans are Americans. But again, facts are just not that important right?

Let's see if that works for the majority who died on 9/11, who were Americans.....I think you might have to concur that the perpetrators weren't Americans......but that FACT is probably irrelevant.

Again I can say what I want, I've been shot at defending this country, which I suspect doesn't apply to you.

More Americans were killed by Americans in the last year than on 9/11 and all terrorist attacks since 9/11. That is fact.

I don't deny 9/11 happened, was horrible and was perpetrated by outsiders. I simply state fact. Americans kill more Americans than anyone else on this earth.

You can bring up as many other issues as you please, that doesn't change this.

And I get to say what I want, because you were shot at defending this country, thank you.

Wouldn't it piss you off if you fought for the rights of the constitution and people didn't try to use those rights?

No, at least as a foreigner it sounds like you "get it" that in this country you DO have the RIGHT to say what you will because people like me and MANY others have sacrificed to allow you that right.

Yes Americans kill Americans, and we have LEO who put the majority away, but I prefer to deal with our in grown societal issues than bring in a whole subset of society that doesn't have our country's interests at heart, and only want to destroy or change it.

You are entitled to whatever you desire to think.......thank a vet for that everyday you are in our country.....but as stated before, if you don't like what has happened, is going to happen then leave and go back home as this is exactly what I voted for.

And for the record, I'm not saying we should ignore illegal immigration on the whole. Far from it. As someone who went through the process legally it burns my ### when I look at the illegal ones. But I have compassion for those looking for a better life. That wasn't the case for me. I could make a good argument it's been worse, but that's strictly my opinion and in more precise areas.

What I am saying is this:

    A. All the fuss the last few days isn't about illegal immigration. It's about a ban that stopped LEGAL immigrants from coming into this country. These people were already vetted, had visas and in some cases were dual citizens.

    B. Illegal is illegal sure, but I don't believe we should put them all in the same pot and start deporting every single one of them. Many came here and had children who are now citizens. They are law abiding (yes I know, they broke one law to get here and they continue to break it) and contributing to society.

(The ones who continue to commit criminal acts, like the original post was about? I'm good. Send them home. They've just proved they aren't going to follow the laws of the land.)

It's funny, cause I see people coming here all the time saying hey, I have this on my record etc etc and you truckers are pretty happy to help them get past that. One mistake shouldn't ruin your life. But they broke a law too. Whether it was pot, or assault, whatever. You folks have no issues thinking they deserve a chance, as long as they are NOW upholding the law. Why can't you possibly excuse someone who came here illegally but has been a model citizen since? Here's where it breaks down for me. I see no difference. Each broke a law, but one group deserves a second chance, the other no? I just can't grasp that.

You'll never find me trying to help someone "get rid" of a ticket........you do the crime, you gotta do the time......or pay the appropriate fine......and deal with the added insurance and everything else.

Laws are laws......period. While I'd have some compassion for illegals who have been here for a while and have children born here.....but laws are laws, and if a illegal get's busted for a felony....then sorry the illegal goes home.....period. You make laws sound/feel like "you can be a little bit pregnant".......don't think so.....either you are or you aren't.
