    You're right. As long as he gets in the door and does a good job he'll pave his way to a better job. Plus he'll have a couple of years experience with the company which will help as long as he works well.

    interesting about young guys starting up in the USA, here in oz a 18 year old can get a job driving rigid truck, but can not get a semi job until they are 24 because of insurance.
