I'm a bit scared..

I've always had to do the pee test. I've done a couple of hair follicle tests too, but those were when I got called up for a random with the company I was employed with. With the whiz quiz they can weigh your sample and check the specific gravity for diabetes, not just screen for drugs.

Funny story, when I went through CDL school they did physicals first thing. When it was time to pee in the cup, they sent us into a small restroom next to the collector's desk. We went in, did our business, and then handed her the cup when we came out. One of the wannabe's in line ahead of me was a big, big boy, 400 lbs. at least. He went in, and the next thing I hear is the collection lady yelling out "You didn't just do that standing right next to me!!!"

But he had. He passed the phys. but washed out of the school because he couldn't follow directions.

 

...so what did he do?

 

Are you afraid that you might be made fun and joked about the size of? what's the problem? that should be the least of your worries! passing the driving test should be the priority! not if someone might look at you in the restroom?

 

It's not a size fear thing at all. It's like someone who has a fear of height, or is claustrophobic. Kind of hard to explain in detail but it's almost like I can feel them staring through me and then there's a performance anxiety. Perhaps closer related to stage fright I suppose. I get deer in headlights and just can't make myself go. Even when I had really had to go it just won't work.

 

I usually ask if them if they could hold the cup for me, since my hands shake so bad I don't know if I can hang on to it. lol

 

Only if it's a good looking Nurse.

 

When it comes to werner. Be prepare to get tested almost every 3 months. Well that how it been to me lately. Every quarter i get a call u got a safety hold when u come back to the warehouse. U get use to it after awhile and it starts to get annoying since it does nothing but waste ur time.

Be prepare to pee alot. For this company.... they test the innocent ones and let the ones diing drugs go test free somehow

Urine tests aren't bad at all, now the physicall can be a bit uncomfortable. It seems very unnatural to drop my pants and drawers in front of a dude even if he's a doctor!

 

I always fail those tests keep getting a zero .
