grave digger, look at front of trailer , underneath the front where the pigtail and airlines come out, the wires to the dump valve should be there. may be under the protective plate, most of em are prewired. a utility is that way.

i just use mine when i am lifting front axle when i have a lite load. but most are prewired

The manual dump valve dumps all four bags. I pulled one of these Danes. It's for dropping the trailer or getting loaded/unloaded. For the 'lectric I just ran a switched wire and wrapped it around my coiled wire with a connector to plug/unplug to the trailer's wire. It dumps the rear.

And the one I had was only 2 months old when I got it. It had a cherry side kit and a box on each side between the axles.
Lost 700 lbs when I threw that side kit and rack in my yard.

I wish my trailer had a manual dump valve on it to dump all of the bags, sure would cut down on the bounce from the forklifts running on the deck.

Yours doesn't dump all the air when you pull the red valve?

Yes it does, but when you do that it pushes your truck away from the dock and a couple of places we load have the rubber stoppers on the docks and when you set the trailer brakes it pushes you too far away from the dock to use the dock plate.

if I had a manual dump I could dump the bags and then get tight against the dock.

I know what you mean. I had to bump a dock and I had the same scenario. I ended up dumping the air and then pushing the trailer back even though it was locked up. The ground was slick concrete so I wasn't worried about it screwing anything up

I know what ya mean... My current trailer doesn't dump... but most docks are floor height. The 48'' flats aren't as low as a 48'', so a 53'' is a good idea for those docks.

I'm surprised flatbed makers don't put those arms on the trailers that come down and brace the axle when the bags are dumped like most van trailers have.
