I'm abit confused...

Are there any Arnold trailers there?? In the past if your FM knows thats all that is there and your ell them that, they can get it so you can take an Arnold Trailer. You should be ok with Arnold seals too, just tell your FM that is what you have until you can get the USX one.

Arnold seals are just fine. You will hardly ever use them anyway. Weekends are tough as your regular fm is probably not there. Talk to the fm, tell him you need help. If he wont help ask him who can and make sure you get his full name.

 

Make sure you put "breakdown" for the reason you were late on the mac 8

CSR is customer service....you will need to contact your FM to get in touch with CSR.......you should have never been put on an HVP load.
