Yes, that's the same place. Kinda sad seeing the sign still up. Can't remember where I was and been a couple of years. But also seen a old 76 sign still up too. Think they just like to tease us, and remind us of what we had.

 

That one in McLean was the only parking lot I ever had to litterally be pulled out of. Backed into a spot, problem was a sink hole formed under the asphalt..... thru I went. Luck of the draw I guess. The Lee Hi is still a good place to eat. The old Whites up the road they turned into a Petro. But that place needed and overhaul for a while. But liked the resturant.

 

The problem with R Place is the Swifts darting around like ####roaches due to Costco across the street. Been there twice and both times they were filling out accident reports due to carnage. The food is certainly excellent though if you can get through the mine field lol

 

Miss the days when "R Place" Was a Standard oil truckstop and those Mega warehouses didn't go up in Morris there......Your Right, Food is still good but its a Frickin Mess trying to park there

 

Yea and the shower wait time can be awhile. Agree with the Mega ####roaches flying around the lot

 

It's still closed taxes and epa deal about tanks underground.
