    Dropped in Coppell TX Sat evening, got a 34 then fought traffic and picked up this morning in Garland for Dallas delivery, then a hop halfway across town for a load of scrap paper going to Mansfield LA. The IP mill was so backed up I just took it to a truck stop nearby and will deliver in the morning. Then hook a loaded trailer right at the mill for delivery to Rock Island IL at 1500 Wednesday. Will be early.

    While on my 34 I took The Hot Chick to the mall to see the new Avengers movie. IMAX and next-gen 3D. Well done.

    Okay, I was there to geek out on my comic book heroes. She was there to watch Chris Hemsworth and his rippling bare biceps.

    The movie is a blast, and includes a new preview of Star Wars Episode 7. Also a look at Ex Machina, an anime-based movie I want to see.

    Hot Chick has a job interview next Tuesday for her dream job. We're taking a leap of faith and getting her home a couple weeks early so she can make the interview and crush it. If it works out she will leave the truck permanently; if not, she will work at the hair salon for the summer and rejoin me in September.
