    Phredd tends to make himself scarce whenever I'm having a crap day. Being a goat, he is currently seated on top of my tractor and eating an ice cream sundae. When I ordered him to come down he flipped me the bird (a neat trick when you consider the hooves) and informed me that he would be down when he was good and ready, and that would be when I was having a better day and not looking to sacrifice him. I told him to come down or else, and he told me to come and get him.

    Then it hit me. I was having a loud argument with an imaginary goat. A couple of kind hearted drivers helped me into the lounge, sat me down, and provided me with cold compresses and Gatorade until I came to my senses.

    It's hot out there.

    Still looking for Phredd.

    No goats will be sacrificed today; it's just one of those days that starts off on the wrong foot and that seems to throw your rhythm off for the rest of the day, you know? I'm just kvetching. Still got the second half to do. I'm punting (getting a shower and hoping things feel better when I get back out to Olaf).

    We all have crap days from time to time; those are no big deal. It's the nightmare days that get to me--kind of like the time I ended up on the GW at 1630 on a Friday (headed North) when I was a stone rookie, then tried to turn around in the boroughs and ended up in the rat maze because I couldn't get right back on the interstate going back south.
