    Easy day today and tomorrow. Sigh. I didn't sign on for easy days; I wanna WORK! !

    Too many 350 mile days in a row was what ran me out of Celadon. That combined with the lousy pay.

    Grrrr....

    I am now the proud owner of a Burton digital stove (same as a lunchbox oven but with temp control and a more modern design). The foil pans from the older model won't fit the new one, but Petro had 11 3-packs of the newer, more square pans that fit the newer oven. Not knowing when I would find more square foil pans, I dealt with the situation by the simple expedient of purchasing their entire stock. I have enough on board for 33 meals. Tax write off. So there.
