0645 up and at 'em. Walked down to lobby in time to see Godzilla pulling out of the parking lot in his Range Rover. His humans are gonna be royally ticked off....

Actually dude offered to let me see him one more time but I saw he was asleep so I said don't wake him, thanked him for the doggie fix, and the human drove the Range Rover. Cool guy, lovely wife, and BRILLIANT dog. He's an engineer for Rolls Royce out of Indianapolis, and they're headed back home after a week in Memphis with her family.

 

Back to the Future part 2 predicted that the Cubs would win the World Series on October 21, 2015. Just sayin'

 

The Wisdom of the Ages says that one should let no unwholesome word proceed from one's mouth, but only words that uplift and build people up, according to the need of the moment, so that what you say will benefit those who hear you.

I choose this morning to be a source of goodness to people who hear me speak and not to join the madding crowd whose every utterance is intended to destroy. I am content with who I am and have no need to break down somebody else to enlarge myself in my own eyes.

Just for today, I will speak and write only words of life.

We'll see if I can make it to bed time. (So far so good--now somebody please pass the duct tape, quick)

 

Truck is done, serviced, repaired, completed, possibly even ready to go.
