I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

You're not wrong about losing weight at my age. Feels like I have to train twice as hard for half the results. The h3ll of it is, the mind remembers what the body has forgotten. Feels like yesterday I could do a mile in 4:15 then go swim laps for a half hour then go about my business without any issues. Now ten minutes of training and I'm about done. And my six pack has become a marshmallow.

 

Got most of the errands done yesterday so today we have some leisure time since our tax stuff isn't back yet. That means I'll have to come back sometime in February to do my taxes, a stop I hadn't wanted to do. I'll have to adjust my plans for March.

Was originally going to take some time in the first week of March to visit with The Hot Chick's parents before dropping her off to stay with them for a month, then in the last week of March pick her up, rent a car, and bring her with for a visit with my parents. Now that I have to take off in February I'll just drop her off in March and only do the extended visit at my folks' place when I pick her up. I don't like doing time off too close together.

 

Celadon has improved their dorm rooms with Tempurpedic mattresses as well as TVs. Also the climate control is orders of magnitude better. Still shared showers in the bathrooms but it's free.

 

All meds refilled, new CAP mask and head gear bought, Walmart trip done. Couple items to get at the mall then we should have enough to get us through til I start getting paid. Sitting at On The Border waiting on lunch. Dinner in the room most likely.

 

At Barnes&Noble book store; hopefully last stop before returning to dorm. The Hot Chick is outlasting me on the walking around spending money thing.

 

Back at dorm, knees hips back are killing me not to mention my feet. And I'm more poor than I was this morning. The Hot Chick seems happy though.

She's seeing if she can extend the car rental til Monday.

 

Yeah she got it a couple days later, delivered to the front door.

 

Extending one day with the car will cost double so returning it in the morning.

Just blew $20 on the worst Papa John's in the nation.
