MazdaSpeed anything = awesome. I drove a Speed Miata back when they were introduced. It was sick. I love the look and finish of the new Speed 3 but my favorite will always be the Speed 6. It's an Evo for grownups. And since you haven't been able to buy a Galant VR4 in America for many many years... (which SUCKS!! Japanese market gets a Galant with 3.8 liter V6, two intercooled turbos, all wheel drive with THREE intelligent differentials, plus six speed sequential automatic, AAAARRRGGGH!!!
WHAT, ARE WE NOT READY FOR THESE MACHINES!? ARE YOU TOO GOOD FOR THE AMERICAN MARKET!? ARE WE IGNORANT AMERICANS TOO HAMMY FISTED FOR THE REALLY GOOD CARS, SO YOU SEND US ALL THE SECRETARY SPECIALS AND KEEP THE MOST AWESOME MACHINES FOR YOURSELVES!? WELL SCREW YOU MITSUBISHI!!!!! SCREW YOU, AND ALL YOU JAPANESE WITH YOUR STUPID VOCALOIDS AND YOUR AWESOME ANIMATED MOVIES AND YOU KNOW WHAT? SCREW ULTRAMAN TOO!!!!!! WE DESERVE THE GOOD CARS TOO!!! WHY WON'T YOU LET US HAVE THE GOOD CARS! ? WHY?? WHYYYYYYYYY!!!!???????)

I have my heart set on a WRX STI in blue with black rims. once I get my poorly choiced car paid down on some more, that will be my new baby
-
Bed time. I have what I need except for my long form, which has evaporated. It is required, so I am hoping I can sweet talk somebody at Gordon into faxing over a copy. Or I'll have to get another physical. Or something. We'll figure it out.
Dominick253 Thanks this. -
(1996 Corvette Grand Sport)Rugerfan Thanks this. -
Gold rims would be pretty cool also.
Captain Zoom Thanks this. -
But I'm partial to classic American iron. My daily driver is an '04 Crown Vic LX Sport (factory leather buckets, floor mounted shifter w/ center console, firmer Police Interceptor suspension, and factory true dual exhaust). It's the last of the classic American sedans.Last edited: Jan 25, 2016

Zoomie I just gotta throw this out there. God bless ya brother I follow your thread daily and firmly believe when you've finally had enough fun truckin you'll wind up makin your living writing. And I should know. I read stuff. But I gotta say this with a smile on my face and a song in my heart...bro you're a mess. For the love of god man wait til you've been at celadon for 6 months til you take the enormous leap of gettin a pooch. I know y'all want one and it'll be great to have one but when celadon winds up not bein the right fit you're really gonna hamstring your options havin a dawg.

I sat down in a Mazda Miata back in about 1990. I was getting ready to graduate school (GI Bill). Thought I was gonna make some money. Anyway , I'm 6'2". When I closed the door, my left knee was pressed between the door and steering wheel. Not gonna work.
So, to add to your rant, HOW ABOUT BUILD SOME CARS FOR TALL PEOPLE! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, I sat in a new Camaro in 2010. Always wanted a Camaro or Chevelle when I was young and had no money. Well, thanks Chevy for not having a roof 2"higher. Checked out a Corvette at the same time. Same low roof issue. And that electric steering feels weird.
Oh, and after I graduated into a recession in 1991, and spent a year doing temporary jobs for $4.24-$6.00/ hour, I got a cdl. Thought I'd drive for a few years, bank some money, and get out. Stayed for 20 years.Last edited: Jan 25, 2016

Just kidding--I've already mentioned we aren't ready for a dog yet; wouldn't be fair to the little hooligan to schlep him into a cab prematurely.
We're gonna have to meet for dinner some time; The Hot Chick and I enjoy your posts.Last edited: Jan 25, 2016

He says he loves to leave M car drivers scratching their heads (except for the wheels the car looks pretty stock from the outside--he kept the ride height more or less the same).
You can't beat the Crown for comfort, and this guy showed me that Mustang mods work on them too.Dominick253 and 8thnote Thank this.
