I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

I heard that the Paccar motor itself is a good motor, it's just all the after treatment crap that is on it is causing the problems as well as all the other motors. I heard a show about oil analysis and I guess the Detroit and Paccar have the best wear numbers out there.

 

I'm just giving ya a hard time! Don't take everything so personally! We can all have fun and enjoy each other's posts. And I do enjoy your posts but ya I guess I'm a troll and I'm fine with that. I know who I am and what I've done so I'm good.

My bunk heater never seems to keep truck warm. It runs and works but just does not seem to do it job.

 

I have that same motor in my Kenworth, and yes the air compressor runs more than usual, I think it's just the size and capacity of the compressor. My paccar doesn't use any coolant so I guess I'm lucky there

 

I'm running a paccar engine right now also and I noticed the engine brake is non existent. Barely works. I'm not a fan of them.
