Ooooookay...sleep would not come; best I could do was some dozing. And now I got 400 miles to do by 0900 (shut down earlier when I houred out for the day--plan was to get 5-6 hours and cruise it on in with the radio on and singing along happily).

Coffee. Large. To go. I've done a few red eye banzai midnight runs before, and I can do them, but I hate doing it. Got roped into this schedule when I got held up at the shipper and previous delivery yesterday--burned like 5 hours off my 14. And it's a production load.

Once again--bring it on. I've beaten worse loads than this.

 

To clarify, I'm not whining about 400 miles in 9 hours--I'm whining about driving between 0100-0500. I don't like doing it!

 

Errkkk, these last 100 miles will be tough

 

Made it with an hour to spare. Excuse me, I must go meld with the bunk now. Less than two hours sleep last night.

I did get the Preplan figured out and I don't have to leave til tomorrow morning.

I'm gonna try to dream about Scarlett Johanssen. Or maybe 90's Kim Basinger. I'll probably get Ernest Borgenine or Fat Albert or something because my subconscious hates me.
