Low beam out. Pulled the bulb. It's a high intensity discharge unit with a ballast. Truck stop no havee. Dealer havee. No KW dealer near my route and no time to detour. Time to call in.

This is one reason I prefer Freightliner. Not only are the seats wider, you can't swing a cat by the tail without hitting a Freightliner Service Point.

And annoying the cat.

Well my day got spooched up pretty good. Haven't heard anything about reset appointment for delivery but they reset the preplan delivery and I had time on the pickup so that works. Phone call tomorrow to follow up about delivery. Should be okay, I guess. Alcoholic beverage distributor. They really needed a call today. I gave plenty of notice so no heat for me if it goes sour.

There are advantages to a big company, but agility and quick response time if something goes off program isn't one of them.

I would think an alcoholic beverage would not help with your agility and response times....
