I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Somewhere Julie Andrews just got a bit of a rash....

 

I'll post my activity here. Right now I'm headed to Laredo, due Monday. And it's going in the shop when I get there. So probably going to miss you.

 

In Laredo tomorrow, a day ahead of schedule. Probably drop in the yard. Taking it in to shop Monday morning, but the APU air mysteriously started working again. Another driver said the condenser likely froze up on me and shut down the system til it thawed.

Also my nav shut down on me a couple days ago and I was running old school. This morning it was working again (better than before).

So my shop visit will likely end up just being an afternoon off.

 

Up early tomorrow for laundry day.

Unless I don't.

 

Doing laundry. I really hate those new machines that only take cards (no coins). Hoping I don't regret doing laundry here. My wife's debit card got hacked once from one of those machines.

 

One hour from Laredo, stopped for lunch at the Stripes (next to Flying J).

Hoping they let me drop since I'm a day early. Might go to the movies or sumpin.

 

AC on the engine side is out now, too. Probably going to need a room tonight.

This truck is tired and needs to be put out to pasture. It was obviously abused. They're supposed to retire all these old team trucks by the end of May. I need something better. It runs okay but it is pecking me to death with all these little, non DOT issues.

Fuel filter is full again too. And the fuel is green.
