First step will be to work my way up the chain.
Next step will be determined by the results. If the problem is acknowledged and resolved, fine. I kind of like it here. But if I get "ANY" push back on this, I have open offers from two other companies on the table. I will not be repeating the insanity I went through at Celadon. We'll see what happens today. I'm hoping for a peaceful resolutionmitrucker, TB John, RERM and 1 other person Thank this. -

@Captain Zoom I fail to understand why on earth they would dispatch you knowing that you're short on hours. Surely they have all of that information at their fingertips (e-logs, correct?), why would they put their customers at risk like that? Confusing, to say the least.

Lazy/ indifferent planner/ dispatcher.

One of my offers may not be any good because of all the moving around I've done recently. Precisely the reason I stuck around at Celadon for so long.

TB John Thanks this.

(Hides gun behind back) Sorry, what?
TB John, RERM, Knucklehead and 1 other person Thank this. -
Zoomy, if your med card expired, so did your CDL.

According to Indiana when they finally got the paperwork everything was good because of the dates. I sat for two days until I got confirmation to be safe. They got the paperwork on the 20th, but it was dated the 18th. My medical card expired the19th, so Indiana said I was technically never in violation, although if I had been inspected on the 19th I would have been put out of service because the new card wasn't in the system.
So-- right call.
