problem is everyone has a different idea about what makes a fleet "BIG" is it 100 or 200 or 500 trucks or is it an attitude that drivers are just a commodity the last one is my opinion.

The folks in MS seem to be growing exponentially lately.
The observation about the problem being the attitude towards the driver and not so much the size of the company is very astute. -
LTL. Seriously. GO LTL. You will not be disappointed. I've been on both sides, and can confidently say that truckload is for suckers, especially in this day and age.
