But I wimped out and got groceries. And replaced my broken DVD player. And got a tablet and added it to my AT&T plan. And got Direct TV NOW which streams Direct TV to my device without using data (new service, $35/mo). And refilled my meds (except Glyxambi which I'll have to order somewhere else in advance).

Never got to the movies, but nothing new playing I want to see anyways.

 

I'll get one when the time is right. Not right now.

 

I already play harmonica. It doesn't compare to the sound of a flute IMO.

Let me amend that...a WELL PLAYED flute.

 

Well I haven't dropped anybody so it's likely a systemic issue.

Dresden got me and the wife hooked on Butcher. We listened to the entire Codex Alera series on Audible. Fantastic. It came from a drunken bet at a party that he couldn't write a good story based on two random topics. He took the bet. The two topics, chosen by two different people not in on it, turned out to be the Roman Legion and Pokemon.

The Aeronaut's Windlass book 1 was pretty good steampunk, but none of it compares to Dresden.

 

Stunk like yesterday's diapers.
