Wish I had time for a double feature, but I'm getting a 34 in a few days anyway.

 

Looks like shipper will take me early so awaaaaay I go. Right after Chick-Fil-A breakfast.

Load delivers 0130, right near a Walmart with truck parking, next to--a movie theater.

Everything went to he77 in a handbasket in short order. Today goes on record as a lousy day. But I'll still get to delivery on time. Just exhausted and really pissed off.

That's trucking.

 

Got here with 3 minutes left on my 14. Taking break at Walmart after unload but then need to rush to GP in Crossett to get the load up to North Little Rock for a relay (need to put THE CRIMSON DYNAMO the the shop) .

 

Truck in shop, projected ready tomorrow 1700. Getting alignment and overhead PM. Also fixing that $@#&!! APU. And repairing a rock chip in the windshield.

Saw Skull Island and Logan. Skull Island exists in the same mythos as Godzilla (same organization chasing monsters). It's a prequel set in early 70s. Kind of like Moby Dick but with a giant gorilla. Samuel L. Jackson as Ahab.

Logan is a better movie IMO.

 

Everything done except for one small piece, purely coemetic, on back order.

Should get a load in the morning. I told them if they want me to go northeast they need to pay me about $500.

I doubt they took me very seriously.
