Back to the APU discussion for a sec......mine crapped out on me tonight. It starts, but the starter stays engaged. Of course it worked fine all day, but come bedtime, heck no. I'll be idling tonight. The shop gets it tomorrow night.

Taunton MA sitting overnight for 0700 delivery, caught a ride to the Ruby Tuesday for lunch.

    Big lunch.

Good thing I'm done for the day because now I'm going to be useless til tomorrow.

Started with Thai Phoon shrimp, then Pasta Primavera with grilled shrimp, then a sixty pound slab of New York cheesecake.

I'm crawling into my cave. G'nite.

Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding!!

Most Amerikaners don't recognize this little German jewel. They were a blast to drive. First one I've ever seen stateside. Other than the Korean built front drive Pontiac LeMans from the 90's.

Got my doors blown off Saturday by a gaggle of supercars--couple dozen new Stingrays, a dozen or so Ferraris dating back to the Magnum PI 308, about four Bentlys, a smattering of Maseratis and Alfas, and two Aston Martin DB's.

They were headed north on I-95 and were gone before I could deploy my camera.

Figured it must have been a car show in New England somewhere.

The Corvette has come a long way to run with company like that and not look out of place.

Oh, and there was a ricer in his souped up Honda Civic trying desperately to hang.

I'd like to thank the Academy for this wonderful shiny non prize. Also the US Army for sending me to Germany in the early 70's which allowed me the opportunity to see these up close and in person.

    Captain Zoom Thanks this.
