Overnight FedEx redeye kamikaze run. Gotta hand it off to a guy in Hubbard OH so he can get it to Newark.

I could have done the whole load, but I understand why they split it (650 miles in one shift in a 65mph truck is cutting things close).

 

Not taking any more trainees til we get moved to MS due to complications related to time off between phases.

 

Bought a toaster oven, some raisin roast, some Thomas's English muffins, and a tub of butter.

Also, two boxes of Pop-Tarts (strawberry and frosted brown sugar cinnamon).

I'm gonna start cooking up some small pizzas every now and then. And Pilsbury Grands biscuits.

 

Not if that's all I eat, no. Ovens can also bake/broil chicken breast, salmon, etc. Many possibilities.

 

Stew beef broiled with diced tomatoes olive oil garlic and sea salt last night, with fresh baked biscuits. This morning was egg beaters with cheese, broccoli florets, bacon (fresh), two English muffins with butter, and yes, two freshly toasted Pop tarts.

Only hurdle is cleanup. Cooking like this makes a mess. I'm using my lunchbox oven in conjunction with the toaster oven.

Ima get me a small pizza to cook up later--it'll handle a 9-inch pie.
