Waiting to unload. The Hot Chick made dinner and now we're watching Family Guy. Gonna overnight here and head to Lima OH in the morning, then beg for permission to drop in Forest View (Chicago) so I don't end up with a 280 mile day (load delivers Tues morning). If I drop it I can gat a late load out of Waukeegan to PA or GA.

Pickup went without a hitch, unless you count the calls the broker requires. Whatever. It gets me where the customer freight is.

Shipper was across from a Harley dealer so we walked over to look around while waiting. Checked out the new Street 750. Now the Hot Chick wants a Street 750. Really is a nice looking bike, set up beautifully. She's taking hers in Matte Black. And I have to take it to a place that does vinyl wraps for some bronze or copper accents.

She's spending money I haven't even earned yet!

Delivery in Chicago 0700. I'm in Gary less than 20mi away. Then up to Pleasant Prairie for a load to the Dallas area.

Egad (BURRRP), I've overeaten again.

I gotta lay off the buffets. I have a cooler, and a microwave, and a wife who isn't afraid to use them.

Tomorrow's my 48th birthday. Gonna start eating how I know is right. Might be a good time to start getting the meat machine in a better state of tune, too.
