    Well, that didn't work out.

    Everything was fine, and I was accepted to RDTC. When I was verifying the details of my app with Kim, we learned that regional isn't available in my area. The national fleet schedule won't work for me, and I'm not interested in the hometime plus fleets, so I guess it's off to look at other options.

    I'm not saying anything bad about Roehl at all. Kim was completely honest with me. There's just not an option available that works for me at this time. Too bad. :sad:

    Eh. No big deal. It just wasn't meant to be. I'm a little disappointed, as Roehl seems to be an awesome company to (re)start with. It think is says a lot that Kim covered the bases like that before I was in training and obligated.

    Well I am through RDTC and phase 2 and now have made two deliveries solo in phase 3 and that is one thing I can say about Roehl is that they were always upfront with me.. no bs. seems to be the theme of the company. go to work, do it safely, be honest, communicate, have fun but no horseplay. You get paid fairly, treated fairly, and left alone to go about your personal business. I am generally impressed with the company operations, they could be a lot worse for sure and I'm sure some of the start up OTR Cos. could very well be worse.

    Sorry it did not work out for you, maybe another day.
