But radio shack might... im sure they do... your big problem will be finding a radio shack with workers who know what they are selling, nowadays its all verizon dealerships... so... yeah if you can find a radio shack that still sells other electronics.... its worth a shot...
ummm what kind of antenna do you have? is it one of those magnate mount antennas or some cheap antenna? you may not be able to tune it with just an swr meter. some swr meters have built in antenna tuners, like mine... and it only cost 30 bucks, but i charge people to tune their antennas to their vehicles.. so it pays for itself.
