What's bad is when u have to worry every second of the day if someone is going to turn you in for something or whatever. My company is a nit picker big time. They gave a guy a warning for not fueling his trk for the next driver. He chose not to because many times drivers don't fuel his trk.I have similar issues.I dread going to work every day.Glad the weekend is here.I have never got turned in by a 4 wheeler and hate to even think what would happen, pretty sure it's an automatic fire.See just found out last week this company will not hear your side, someone turns you in,you're guilty. As to why I hate going to work.No wonder they have such a high turnover rate.

That's truckin. Problem is, things will only get worse. More traffic every year, less 'real estate' to maneuver a big truck in, bigger equipment to handle, corporations getting tighter with the buck, less understanding 4 wheelers:cwm10:,more " BIG BROTHER " watching us:evil3:,the list goes on and on. It will get tougher.:biggrin_25513:
But you ain't going anywhere. Enjoy a few days off:brave:, get your thoughts together:Compass:, think how bad it must be to spend 8 hours in an office:smt079,then come on back and get in the truck.:Van:

I've had people call in several years ago. I don't remember the incident, but the boss was cool about it, so I didn't worry.

Fedex doesn't have a sense of humor about such things. And if your a contractor even more so. There attitude bites. Know 5 people who have worked there only 1 still there. Enjoy your cr black !

Tomorrow things might look different .

Seems like these companies are going to run out of drivers if they keep getting rid of them over complaints.

Dash cam. Get one. Or three, one forward, one on each mirror.

I was thinken about this very thing all this week. You bust your ### to get lds delivered ontime,no fuss about anything, always helping your dispatcher out.Don't care where you're going even if it's a bad place. You're the ideal driver but yet noone ever notices that. All they see is the bad things you do because someone don't have anything better to do but turn truck drivers in because they hate us.It could be something real minor but the company will make it inso something major and mark you as the worst person on the panet.
