I'm having trouble finding employment

    I am a recent trucking school grad. Class A tanker, double/triples, Hazmat endorsements. I have a solid work history ( same job for the last 12 years). 51 years of age. I had an accident in April of 2021 in my personal vehicle and received a careless driving citation. Also a failure to obey posted traffic signs in 2018.
    I have been offered jobs with XPO and Xpressway but both offers were rescinded while my onboarding was being completed.
    Is there any hope of getting hired with my MVR or am I going to need to wait until more time has passed.
    I am looking to drive OTR regional or a dedicated account. Hometime is not that crucial since I hate my wife anyway.
    I am located in southeast PA. If anyone has any suggestions. Please and thank you.

    That careless driving is the big problem.
    Hate the wife; time to move to Las Vegas, Texas, Florida. Say, "Don't worry dear, I'll send a post card."

    A lot of people here dismiss them, but I’m coming up on my first year at Schneider on a dedicated reefer account and would recommend it to anyone just starting out. I believe their criteria is no more than 2 accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years. They have many dedicated, regional and even local jobs you can go into directly without going OTR first.

    Craigslist might be the source for a job. Check it, there's a trucking page on there.
    One driver on here had 12 fender benders and found a good job there.
