Schneider helps driver with sleep apnea they do the test themselves and set drivers up. Prime Inc will basically do the same but I think Prime makes drivers pay for the sleep test they give and you have to pay back the CPAP if test says you need one. Most big companies will require a Medical card from their doctor.
I'm in a sleep apnea pickle.

@UKwildcatfan you could ask insurance why they denied something their doctor says you need. Seem kinda crazy that they could do that. I could see if you went to sleep doctor and he said you don't need the test. Maybe you insurance has the home test setup they would approve vs going to sleep lab.

The sleep apnea testing is going to vary by company. I've never gone through it, but I understand that many companies pay for the actual test, and then take payroll deductions for the machine. -
