    I am not a truck driver yet, but it just doesn't strike me as the type of job to where there's a need for a strong command for the written word. I just don't see how his inability to write will hold him back from being a good truck driver. It's not like he's striving to be an editor, or a paralegal, lol.

    Yeah, it very well could be laziness on his part. But so long as he recognizes his issue, and has someone else fill out his applications, I'm sure he'll make it just fine in the trucking world.

    It's NOT petty.

    The fact that you think it is petty, is part of the problem.

    Personally, I would be very embarrassed if someone caught me butchering the English language like you've done.

    You aren't alone. There are others on these forums who butcher the English language too. I don't think they or you are stupid, just too lazy to bother making sense.

    I would try extra hard to not let that happen again. Even now, if I'm unsure on how to spell something, I google the word to get the correct spelling. Usually, if I mispell a word, it's just from a typo. If I catch it, I go back and edit my post. I think reasonably decent grammar is important in forums such as these because this is all people have to judge me on.(well that and what I actually say )

    If I didn't value (most) their opinions, I wouldn't bother posting here in the first place.

    At least my posts here have caused you to think about it a little. Perhaps in the future you take just a little extra time when posting publicaly.

    Just sayin.....

    I'm not talking about a " strong command". I'm talking about a simple command of the English language. The kind of command a 2nd grader would have.

    what I asked was not important but thanks to your BS I didn't get any info that's fine I found out on my own I did my own research. And 3 fits you perfectly
