I work for FFE, they are just like every other company, some good points and some bad. Over all they are pretty good, talking to people on the phone there is the worst part they can be really rude.

Biscuit, can you post pictures once you get your truck cleaned out? Also, could you do a log like ET does for crete?

Do you mean "blog"? I was going to set one up here shortly. I will get some pics once I get 'er clean. It needs a truck wash on the outside bad! I about got the inside clean to my liking. Just need to do the floor. Plus, the guy that had this truck before me was a newbie, and it showed in the shape of this truck and the damage on it. I want to get good pics of that too and make a post. It just needs to stop raining!

I'm not sure if one accident, non-preventable is a prob or not. In FFE's defense I do have 2 speeding tickets on there too. So add that to an accident and on paper and I wouldn't want me in a truck either! LOL

On to the first weekend with FFE. Not bad, not great. I wish I would have been able to swing through home. I miss my dog, a lot, and I have more things to get for the truck. This is the first full weekend I have been out on the road in years. I picked up a load east of Atlanta Friday evening to take to a couple churches in Knoxville area. Then today (Saturday) they brought me back to the yard in Lithonia, Ga to pick up a 7 stop, LTL load. It doesn't start delivering until Monday in Kentucky so I have plenty of time. Which is good in that I can work on sweeping and scrubbing this floor and "ease" back into driving OTR again. But I would much rather have picked up a full load going all weekend if I was going to be away from home.

So far I have some things I would like to get fixed on the truck. But I am still learning how FFE works. I still have a lot of questions after orientation. So far most people have been helpful. But like steelersfan said, some people can be rude. And nobody answers the phone with their name. I want to know who I'm talking to. I know I called FFE.
Going to call maintenance tomorrow and see if I can get these bad tires switched out. I know, how can you have bad tires on a truck with less than 50,000 miles on it? Well, when a newbie has the truck first and rags on it... well, that's all I can say. ARGUH!

So... more to come. And watch for me to start "blogging" soon.
