Bro we all have some of those incidents, but after the third n forth. You really don't seem to be learning from your mistakes. It's awesome that you are taking responsibility,but I think you should be asking yourself if you are cut out for this job. This is a dangerous job and when people don't pay attention. People get hurt so really ask yourself if you do get another driving job. Could you handle seeing somebody taken away in an ambulance, because u were being negligent.

 

Here's something to ask yourself. If you knew a driver that was as careless as you seem to be, how comfortable would you be if they were driving on the highway near your family??!?
