I'm Rollin With Swift

I start orientation for swift Monday anyone have any good suggestion I should do before I leave ??

 

Yup. Breathe. And don't stress too much.

 

Keep it fun. Don't sweat the obvious BS. When you get there, surround yourself with positive people. You'll figure out who the b****ers and sad sacks are. Stay away from them.

Thanks guys u know the way I see it for the people that complain about swift is..what could they have done diffrent to make them selfs stand out and get better equipment and miles..they see the company flaws but no company is perfect .they need to look in the mirror and say where did I ###### up with them.....my uncle has been doing otr for years now he usto say swift this swift that but now he says he wished he had started with them .he suggested I go with them and stuck it out
