Well, if they are looking for change, that's really very DELTA, y'know....

Still makes no sense. Going back to my pre-calc class, that big upper-case sigma being used to mean "summation", or as in a gathering of all the numbers. So, yeah, I don't see the logic.

Probably. The "Alpha and Omega" is a biblical reference, since alpha is the first letter and omega is the last, it just means "everything from the start to the finish", like we say "everything from A to Z". Going back to mathematical nomenclature, the Greek letter Rho is used to describe outliers.....

Honestly I've never asked as with my record Canananananda won't let me in and I don't want to get depressed, if it's like the Ice Road guys in Alaska, I'd venture $50K for 3 months work

I have a friend who drives log truck in the winter around Fort Vermilion Alberta. They drive across ice to where they log sometimes. Sounds like quite a job.

OK, this is what the whole "Sigma" thing is about. (And anyone who calls themselves a Sigma, is most likely not.)

Of all the dumb ######## in this thread, i think the biggest lie is whoever said you can buy an acre of land in north idaho for 10-20k. Lmao

Apparently the mods around here don't have a sense of humor

Depends on where you buy, how many acres and how much infrastructure is already in place.

Yeah one acre in Rathdrum is going to be pricey. But get away from the metro areas and the price on raw acreage for 10 or more acres and the price is in that 10 to 20k range.
