    Should have been 20 years, but i guess the jurors saw it as, we're going to have to feed and house this guy so a short sentence then deport.

    No jury. The guy pleaded no-contest. Sentencing was by a Judge.

    He was also determined to be here legally, so will not be deported. So he will be coming to a truck stop near you in the near future.
