    Well, I don't know then. The FMCSA has set up guidelines for DUIs:

    I am not sure if that only applies AFTER you have your CDLs.

    Yes, the FMCSA are the ones that make all the rules at the federal level regarding drivers and the trucking industry.

    You don't need to worry about if companies will hire you. You need to worry about if you can even be issued a valid CDL.

    since you have no CDL now, you do not have a DAC report/file.
