    Just because the folks that have replied to your thread may not have marks on their record doesn't mean they don't know if carriers hire with certain marks.Certain things are not allowed ever.

    How many dui's do you have? Just give the information. Stop being so cryptic about it. No one can give you a realistic answer till you tell us. 1 dui 12 years ago is fine. 8 dui's is a non starter.

    How much time and what was you charged with?If its burglary you may not find any company that'll hire you.If you plan on attending a school instead on company sponsored school I would suggest calling around and see if you're hireable first.

    Call Carolina Cargo and talk to Tami. She may give you a pre-hire letter which you can show to a cdl school. I doubt you'll have a problem finding a trucking job.

    no theft or violent crimes, just stopped for one too many after work, just got good news from my local driving school, my civilian record doesn't have an impact on my commercial driving record, if i understood her right,
