I use Linux, Firefox 3.6 and adblock plus, noscript, and ghostery. Shouldn't matter though since those are client side add-ons (and again, this didn't occur with the old layout).

I like the new layout, but I agree with a lot of people, the color is just way to bright. Need something like <this> Much, much easier on the eyes.
And like someone said earlier, you used to be able to go to your profile and see how many thanked posts you had and then click on it to go direct to those posts. I like to see what I post that is helpful to other people. Being able to click on it, made it easier to go direct to that thread, and add additional info.
