i am not a lawyer, but from all i see here , this fella would be well advised to get one... He should be able to beat this hands down just on principle......

Well The dmv called me back, they said a speeding ticket would have more destruction on my license, my test wouldn't be effected. Then i called the hwy patrol to find out how the point system works and come to find out the officer got a ticket as well for tailgating hehe anddd this was his first week on the job. So i guess it was just wrong place at the wrong time. I appreciate all of your input, especially the guys here that like to put people down. But dont fear, next time ill get out do a walk around inspection, check my mirrors and beep the horn for 10 seconds and start off slow for 10 miles to make sure im not going to get rear ended LOL. I wonder why they were so nice to me???? maby something i didnt see in the dash cam oh well im going to court and not sweat it.
also im not experienced in the trucking business, only with this towtruck,
