Doesn't say police on the side. Blue lights are hidden in the front grill and in back behind a heavily tinted window.

 

Where did you get that silly notion that the constitution applies to truck drivers?

 

Most states have this law. Not just san antonio.

 

Whatever happened to accepting responsibility for your own actions? You did it, Pay up and move on.....What's the old expression.....If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.....

 

Because law enforcement has become a money grab.

 

BS..........last ticket I had 7 years ago I deserved.......was speeding and a motorcop with radar got me.......didn't appear to be a money grab....he was trying to get traffic on a weekend in the SoCal mountains to slow down......I paid the fine and took the points......geez ACCEPT responsibility.......enough of this it's someone else's fault or it's the big bad government on a money grab....

 

Yeah it is a money grab. Think about it. Out of that $200 fine maybe $35 is the actual fine. The rest is pork barrel type crap they tack on that you still have to pay even if you get the ticket dismissed. When I got that no insurance ticket dismissed I still had to pay $120 in court costs. I was found not guilty but still had to pay. Don't tell me it's not a ####ing money grab.
