The fines are high so they hurt the average joe. If the punishment doesn't hurt we don't change our behavior. Same reason csa came along. Used to be we just paid the done and ran like hell till we got popped again in two weeks. Since csa has a real bite the log book suddenly became more important to both driver and carrier.

Why is everyone so quick to throw law enforcement under the bus all of a sudden? If you want to fight it then by all means do so but it's not the officers fault.

 

everything is someone else's fault. the cops made them drive too fast and the government made them forget their vehicles are equipped with turn signals.

 

Cause it MUST be the cops fault, cause it sure isn't theirs........

 

It's all a game. We shouldn't criticize this guy for wanting to play to win.

 

Not all of us are throwing them under the bus.

 

I'm fine with him fighting and hope he wins. It's about as you put it a "bs" stop or something.
