    T-Mobile isn't a bad option. They do throttle after you hit their cap. I use Virgin Mobile, they have the same policy, but with less coverage. Coverage is the issue, it really depends on where you run. As for the throttling, my phone is limited to <256 mbps after the first 2,5 gigs. Frankly, I barely notice it. Streaming audio and video still work fine on my phone a that speed. The Netflix app gets a little slow though.

    You can keep unlimited data with Verizon when you upgrade your phone IF: you pay the full price of the phone. Meaning, if the phone was $199 with a 2 year contract, you would instead pay the MSRP of say $600 for the phone if you want to keep unlimited data.
